What’s On

In addition to being a festival of fantastic music, we also have a whole host of other great things to do and see.

Children’s Entertainment

DJ Washington

We are delighted to be welcoming DJ Washington to BevFest this year. Expect loud fun and madcap games from this hugely popular children’s entertainer.

DJ Washington will be performing from 2pm till 5pm.

Face Painting

Always popular with children and adults who really want to have their face painted like a tiger!

Nail Bar

Come, relax and get your hands looking sparkly, glittery or whatever you fancy with our friendly team in the nail bar.

Bouncy Castle and Inflatable Slide

BevFest has always had a bouncy castle each year as they are of course amazing but this year we wanted to make things even more fun so we are delighted to announce the arrival of an inflatable slide as well.

Robotics Workshop

An introduction to the excitement of building robots using some simple components.

Stock Cars

A chance to get up close and personal with some real racing cars. If you’ve never been to Angmering Raceway or Arlington Speedway near Eastbourne then this is your chance to see some of the cars that race at venues like these up and down the country. Short track oval racing is highly entertaining with lots of crashes, smashes and thrills.

Sports at BevFest

Tug o’ War competition

A firm family favourite for generations, we’ll once again be hosting a mega tug of war competition. This year’s competition will take place around 5 pm in front of the Children’s Stage.

Rounders

Smack the ball and leg it round the bases while trying not to get caught out! It’s a great team game and as soon as teams are entered, we’ll update the post with who is playing.

Football Matches

Brighton have sealed promotion to the Premiership and BevFest is offering you the chance to show off your silky ball skills on our pitch.

Capoeira

We are very lucky to be having an exciting and thrilling Capoeira display by the Amazonas Arts group. Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art combining elements of dance, acrobatics and music. If you have never seen a display of Capoeira before, then you really will not want to miss this.

Scalextric Competition

We will have a large Scalextric layout set up in the Hornby tent for you to go wheel to wheel racing for great prizes. Please click this link to find out more.
